Dress Code
Cambridge School has a dress code that students are required to wear Monday through Thursday of each week. Fridays are designated as casual days when students may wear clean, neat, non-uniform clothing of their choice. If clothing is deemed inappropriate for school, students will be asked to change.
For parents of Lower School students it is also a good idea to keep a change of clothing for your child in his/her cubby, in a sealed and labeled bag, in case clothes become wet or muddied during the day.
Lower/Middle School
Uniform Top Options:
Lands’ End Catalog: Any top from our Lands’ End Uniform Shop featuring the Cambridge School logo on the pocket position.
Cambridge Spirit Wear: Cambridge t-shirts or sweatshirts (available for purchase in the main office).
Uniform Bottom Options:
Colors & Styles: Clean, neat pants, shorts, or skirts in solid khaki or navy.
Length Requirement: Please ensure all shorts and skirts reach at least the length of your student’s fingertips when they are standing straight with their hands at their sides.
Fridays are “dress down days,” where students may wear any school-appropriate clothing of their choosing.
Upper School
Students at Cambridge Upper School are no longer required to wear the Lands End Cambridge School uniform Monday through Thursday. However, they are expected to dress in a way that is neat, presentable, and appropriate for a respectful academic environment.
The following guidelines apply to all students:
– Midriff-baring tops, halter tops, low-cut tops and tank tops are not permitted
– No pajama pants or slippers.
– No hats or hoods allowed in the building.
– Shorts, skirts, and dresses must be at least fingertip length when arms are resting naturally at the sides.
– Clothing should not be excessively tight, sheer, or distracting to the learning environment.
Students are expected to use good judgment and dress in a manner that reflects the values of the Cambridge Upper School. The administration reserves the right to address attire that does not meet these standards.

If you have a promo code, remember to enter it when you check out.

We have a collection of donated Cambridge Uniforms for parents who would like to purchase uniforms at a discounted rate. Shirts are $5.00 and sweaters, sweatshirts and fleeces are $10.00. Please email the main office to set up an appointment to shop the Uniform Exchange.
